Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
Credits & Payments
- Credits are consumed when generating designs and cannot be refunded once used
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand
- Prices and credit packages may change with reasonable notice
AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated designs are illustrative and may not perfectly represent real-world results
- Designs should not be considered professional interior design advice
- Generated images may differ from actual furniture, materials, or room layouts
User Content
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload
- By uploading, you grant us a license to process your photos for design generation
- You must not upload explicit, illegal, or copyrighted content that you do not own
Camera & Device Permissions
- Camera and photo library permissions are optional and only requested when needed
- You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings
Third-Party Services
- Embellish integrates with third-party services for AI processing, data storage, and payments, each subject to their own terms of service
- We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services
Liability
- The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, including uploading prohibited content or abusing the service
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen
Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands
